Allweld Nuclear and Industrial is extremely proud to announce Cimi Siphesande, our First Female Apprentice to complete our apprenticeship program and successfully pass her trade test to qualify as a fully qualified Red Seal Welder.
Cimi has throughout her apprenticeship program displayed the core values of Allweld (Safety, Quality, Integrity, Pride, Commitment) and was recognised as the Best Overall Apprentice in 2022.
We are thrilled to have her on our team as a permanent Allweld Nuclear and Industrial welder and look forward to her contributing to the vision and mission of the company, where Nuclear & Conventional safety is the overriding priority.
